30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@graycats.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Your Label
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Eligible
- Unused items in original packaging
- Items with all tags attached
- Items returned within 30 days
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item received

- Worn or washed items
- Items without tags
- Items returned after 30 days
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all eligible items. Simply follow the return process above and note the item and size you would like in exchange. If the new item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference.
